Notification of selected candidates via email and sending of the mandatory contemporary piece to participants.

Welcome of participants at the Enric Granados Auditorium in Lleida and meeting with the competition team and other participants.
June 25, 2025 - First Round

Morning session: 09:30 – 13:30 (9 participants)
Afternoon session: 15:10 – 20:10 (9 participants)
Deliberation and announcement of semifinalists at 9:00 PM
June 26, 2025 - Semifinals
Enric Granados Auditorium. Room 2
Morning session: 10:30 – 13:20 (3 participants)
Afternoon session: 15:00 – 18:00 (3 participants)
Evening session: 18:30 – 20:50 (2 participants)
Deliberation and announcement of the 3 finalists at 9:30 PM
June 27, 2025 - Rehearsals
Headquarters of the Vallès Symphony Orchestra in Sabadell
Morning session: 10:30 – 13:30 (3 participants)
Afternoon session: 15:00 – 18:30 (3 participants)
Transportation to the Vallès Symphony Orchestra headquarters in Sabadell and back to Lleida will be organized and covered by the competition organization.
June 27, 2025 - Performances
Performances by semifinalists in Lleida. Court of the Institut d’Estudis Ilerdencs in Lleida
The 5 semifinalists not selected for the final are invited to give performances in Lleida during this day (see the Grants section).
Morning session: 11:00 – 12:00 (3 participants)
Afternoon session: 18:00 – 19:30 (2 participants)
June 28, 2025 - Final
At 4:00 PM, feedback sessions with jury members will be organized for participants who request it.

Final concert at 7:00 PM
The orchestra accompanying the final will be the Vallès Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Néstor Bayona.
The concert will be hosted by Núria Marín.
